SOAK, otherwise known as Bridie Monds-Watson (they/them) is an Irish born singer-songwriter.  They first began writing songs at just thirteen years old, recording their earliest demos in secret. After uploading a demo of "Sea Creatures" to BBC Introducing in 2012, SOAK quickly became one of Northern Ireland's most exciting rising stars.

Their debut album Before We Forgot How To Dreammade a huge impact, winning the Choice Prize in Ireland, the Northern Ireland Music Prize and earning a Mercury Music Prize nomination. This was followed by Grim Town in 2019 and their third album If I Never Know You Like This Again, released in May 2022. Recorded in Donegal with long-time collaborator Tommy McLaughlin, the record was a love letter to indie greats like Broken Social Scene and Pavement — the kind of music that wouldn't feel out of place in the end credits of a 90s coming-of-age film.

SOAK has now completed work on their highly anticipated fourth record.
