Stuck on Planet Earth

Stuck on Planet Earth is a Canadian alt-rock trio that channels raw energy, moody grooves, and unapologetic honesty into every note. Their sound fuses the grit of ‘90s rock with a soulful modern edge, creating an atmosphere that is both visceral and vulnerable. It’s music for the late-night thinkers, the beautiful wrecks, and anyone who’s ever tried to rebuild themselves from the ground up.

Their new album, All But Nothing (TBD), lives between hope and collapse, in the space where everything you’ve built starts to break, and you have to decide what’s worth saving. It’s a record about the reckoning that follows loss, the quiet resilience that keeps you standing, and the clarity that only comes after everything falls apart.

Recorded partly live off the floor, All But Nothing captures the pulse of a band whose chemistry can’t be faked. Written during a creative exile in Nashville, the songs reflect the distance and freedom that came from leaving their hometown of Woodbridge, Ontario behind. That separation gave them permission to write without armour, to lean into imperfection, and to rediscover the raw emotion that first brought them together.

Featuring collaborations with Brendan Benson (The Raconteurs) and production by Joe Ginsberg, Hill Kourkoutis(JUNO Award-winning producer/engineer), and Chris Price (Ringo Starr), All But Nothing stands as both a return and an evolution. It’s a homecoming to their roots in unfiltered storytelling, and a bold step forward in sonic maturity. It’s stripped down and cinematic, equal parts power and vulnerability. Beneath the melodic guitars and propulsive drums lives something deeply human: an invitation to feel everything.

For Stuck on Planet Earth, truth is the currency. Vulnerability is the mission. Connection is the goal. They exist to turn pain into power, to tell the story of what it means to endure and to make that story feel like yours. Their music isn’t escapism; it’s an embrace of reality. When the dust settles, Stuck on Planet Earth are still standing: three friends that are like brothers bound by sound and refusing to fade quietly into the noise.

Over the years, the band has grown from suburban outsiders into one of Canada’s most compelling underground exports. Their debut album Beautiful Nowhere debuted at #4 on the Canadian Digital Album Chart and has surpassed 10 million streams globally.

Singles like “Ghosts on the Radio, ”“Higher Than The Drugs,” “Skin Talk,” and “Crackin the Glass” all reached Top 10 at Rock Radio in Italy, while Canadian Active Rock hits like “Strange,” “Erase Me,” and “Roll” cemented their presence at home. Their track “Erase Me” became a sonic center piece across Sportsnet and Hockey Night in Canada, and their cameo performing “Skin Talk” in Netflix’s Sex/Life introduced their intensity to a new global audience.

The trio has shared stages with Weezer, Finger Eleven, Moist, Big Wreck, Death From Above 1979, Gowan, I Mother Earth, Marcy’s Playground, Local H, Millencolin, and Danko Jones, carving out a reputation as a live force defined by chemistry, catharsis, and sweat-soaked truth.
